Tal McThenia, Coordinating Producer, has worked in documentary production and research for 12 years.  From 1993–95, he served as Associate Producer for Signal to Noise: Life with Television, a 3-hour documentary series produced by Cara Mertes and funded by ITVS, broadcast nationally on PBS in 1996. With producers Tami Gold and Kelly Anderson, his work includes: Out at Work: America Undercover (Associate Producer) with an HBO broadcast in 1998; Making a Killing (Researcher); and Every Mother's Son (Associate Producer) aired on PBS’ P.O.V. series in August 2004, winner of Audience Award at 2004 Tribeca Film Festival). For Joel Katz’ documentary Strange Fruit, Tal served as Editorial Consultant and Researcher. Tal is also a screenwriter; his scripts include Shift (directed by Kelly Anderson; funded by ITVS; public television broadcast in 1998–99); Johnny & Clyde (co-written with Joel Katz); Great Unknowns (in development with Archer Entertainment); and Clear Out (directed by Brian Mertes; in post-production).

Diana Agosta, Researcher, received her Ph.D. in Anthropology from the City University of New York Graduate Center in 2004 and is the author of the workbook, Women, Organizing and Diversity, published by the Education Center for Community Organizing at Hunter College School of Social Work. Dr. Agosta has been an advocate for broadening access to the public sphere especially through independent and community based film, video, radio and other media for over 20 years.

Naomi Goodman, Researcher, holds a degree in anthropology and works in the Division of Anthropology at the American Museum of Natural History. Naomi held a production internship at Cabin Creek Films in 2004 and has taken production and editing courses at Downtown Community Television Center, New York.
